Mickelowf (Mick) Rosckowff serves as COO of Spark. Mick is a key decision-maker and credited with initiating and evolving the branding of of the company, the business restructuring and the deployment of brand standards.
Mr. Rosckowff began his restaurant journey in the full service industry leading in Outback, Landry's, and Zio's Italian Kitchen within several operational roles. In 2003 Mr. Rosckowff joined the U.S. Army serving in 10th mountain division and was a recipient of several awards and expertise designations. Following his release from active service, Mr. Rosckowff became Director of Operations for Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers responsible for the initial launch of Freddy’s in Texas with several new builds.
In 2012, Mr. Rosckowff accepted a position with Yum Brands leading in several operational roles before finally overseeing the Southeast and providing operational expertise to franchises. In his role as Franchise Business Consultant, Mr. Rosckowff partnered with 23 franchisee organizations (65 restaurants in Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama).
In 2018, Mr. Rosckowff joined the Spark team to help lead the fast-growing restaurant group. Mr. Rosckowff is responsible for directing field operations.
Additionally, Mr. Rosckowff oversees business development, financial analysis, corporate development, purchasing, research and development, communications and digital marketing, talent and culture development and brand marketing.
