We’re so excited to announce a new addition to the Spark team that will be leading the Human Resources Department:
Danielle Taylor BS, PHR, SHRM-CP
Danielle joined the Spark LLC Family in March 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. Providing leadership, mentoring, training and guidance to all echelons of the Spark LLC organization. Danielle manages the day-to-day activities and strategic support of the Human Resources functions; employee advocacy, and affirmative action program in accordance with Spark LLC established practices. In addition, Danielle serves as the HR Business Partner and acts as a partnered liaison between Spark LLC, employees regarding various HR and personnel matters. She is also responsible for overseeing the corrective action process to ensure a firm, fair, consistent and equitable approach to disciplinary actions. Provides training and mediation to management staff on Employee Engagement, Training and Development, Rewards & Recognition and employee relations issues and usage of progressive discipline processes. She’ll ensure HR policies and standard procedures are current and applied consistently across the organization. Before joining Spark, Danielle worked in the Middle East, Central, and Southeast Asia regions off and on since 2008, as a well-versed and seasoned Human Resources Professional, specializing in Employee Relations. Danielle is experienced in the US Government Contracting sector. Danielle is a strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to deliver an immediate impact to an organization by redefining responsiveness to employees and managers while resolving complex employee relations issues. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management. In addition, she is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Danielle is also an active member of many prominent HR organizations, including HR Houston-Human Resource Management Association and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), both on the National and local levels. Danielle is a forward-thinking HR professional with one goal in mind: to continue to serve as a strategic partner adding value by providing solutions and support for employees and managers that ensures business objectives are met by levering innovative strategies to further the goals of an organization. Danielle is also a dual career professional: she’s a licensed Cosmetologist and Master Esthetician. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys traveling, riding her 2020 Harley Road-glide Special and spending time with her family.
