I LOVE A CHALLENGE
I have 35 years experience in entrepreneurship in various competitive industries, but in 2011 I began my journey in the restaurant business.
As CFO for a large restaurant group managing 64 restaurant franchises under 7 different brands, I fell in love with the QSR industry. However, my dream had always been to own and manage a Casual Dining concept. This is a challenging time to enter into Casual Dining, but I love a challenge. I was very intentional in selecting a brand I believe can lead and grow in the changing industry of Casual Dining. When I found Buffalo Wild Wings, I decided to go on my own and founded Spark. I believe the Casual Dining industry can learn a lot from QSR as it innovates and evolves in the new consumer culture we see today, so my 7 years in QSR will definitely benefit the innovation our transitions need.
I’ve found my calling in positioning a brand to spark ahead of the trend and instead lead and grow in a time when many are declining. Through the relentless commitment to excellence in operations, culture, results, assets, strong relationships and innovation, we’ve found a formula for success with our brand partners and stakeholders.
