for being a great team player!
In commemoration of Labor Day, we wanted to mention Jackie, who sets the example of a hardworking employee. She has stepped up big time by helping out two days a week at our Pearland location. This location is currently functioning with one manager and G.M. less! However, thanks to Jackie, Pearland is up and running.
Jackie is manager for SL Hospitality, but is also serving several other functions currently. She took on the role of the entire FOH, including cashiers at the time Pearland lost some managers. Since she took over, the entire FOH operations have increased to another level. In addition, Jackie is working with the Servicer and Bartenders, making sure they are ready for our new roll out.
She’s not only a great employee, she’s also a great peer who leads others to support her constantly, being just one phone call away if she needs help. She has always been able to support other units while communicating with her own team and still make the message clear for execution. She understands it is all about the people behind the hard work, and the importance of showing up, showing love and being committed to her team. Jackie has shown that by doing this, there’s a marked improvement in the quality of service and customer dining experience, as well as work environment and team morale.
