Our Buffalo Wild Wings Unit 3107 located at 19075 I-45 North Woodlands and Unit 3806 located at 6840 FM 1960 East Atascocita earned the Triple A Crown in their BBW inspections!
The inspection, done by Thomas Dickson - the franchise business consultant of BBW Inc., resulted in a beautiful set of A’s in the sections of Brand Standards, Food Safety and Guest Experience. To get an A award, the unit must pass the section with a score of 90% or higher.
Each section covers details anywhere from how clean the restroom walls and ceilings are to the testing of cleaning chemicals used on the property with sanitizer test strips. The kitchen inspection requires food temperatures to meet the food safety standard temperatures, walkin freezer temperatures are correct, vegetables are diced properly, the proper wash/rinse/sanitize procedures are followed at the sink, etc. At the bar, the inspector checks if the cut fruit bar caddy has a Use-By-Label and sees if bulk cut fruit in cooler has LDIR.
Moving to the guest experience, the guest arrival and seating process need to meet expectations such as determine if the host is executing the following brand practices: acknowledge the guest, ask them what brings them in, ask them for their seating preference, and inform them of potential wait times and promotions. The assessment of the guest experience continues with the food served at the table. The unit must meet the brand standards regarding the quality of the food that can include: the temperature of the food, the seasonings, the amount of sauce evenly poured, etc.
This Triple A Crown award is a recognition and indication of a team executing at the highest level of quality for the Buffalo Wild Wings brand! Congratulations to Jennifer Rodgers and Viviana Tamayo, the General Managers of the units, and of course to their teams! This is how we Spark!
